Objective
Keep Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers engaged during the pandemic by continuing to deliver exclusive, money-can’t-buy culinary experiences while building community in a virtual setting.

Approach
We reimagined the long-standing Sapphire Dining Series into an 11-part virtual program, pairing live behind-the-scenes culinary experiences with at-home meal kits curated by top chefs. Leveraging brand management, experiential production, and custom content, the series brought the intimacy of a chef’s table directly into cardmembers’ homes, expanding access to a geographically broader audience than ever before.

Result
The pivot from in-person to digital proved highly successful: all five initial events sold out within hours, ultimately selling over 400 tickets across 11 events. The program drove more than 32 million impressions, extending Chase Sapphire’s reputation for premier culinary access while setting a new model for future hybrid and virtual engagement.
