Deliver an unforgettable, show-your-card surprise-and-delight moment for Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers through elevated, money-can’t-buy culinary experiences.
Approach
We partnered with a renowned NYC chef, Dominique Ansel, to craft a one-of-a-kind menu, served from a fully branded Chase Sapphire food truck that popped up in key NYC locations. With just a flash of their card, Reserve members unlocked access to exclusive bites, blending culinary prestige with cardmember perks in an engaging, unexpected way. Additionally, cardmembers were able to gain exclusive access to to these treats online.
Result
The activation captured attention well beyond the streets of New York. With 3.6M earned media impressions, 42K cultural impact impressions, and strong social amplification including influencer and media mentions the campaign generated outsized buzz relative to scale.
