Objective
Bring the Chase Sapphire brand to life at the Hot Luck Food Festival through authentic, culinary-driven activations that highlight Sapphire as the presenting sponsor, elevate awareness, and create memorable experiences for cardmembers and guests .
Approach
We created three distinct brand footprints that brought the cardmember experience to life. From custom cocktails and exclusive giveaways on opening night, to a hands-on spice station and curated bites at Big Top, and finally a cardmember lounge with premium caviar tastings and chef-led “meat theater” at Al Fuego, each activation delivered elevated touchpoints designed to surprise and delight. Dedicated entry lines, early access, and premium branded items reinforced cardmember exclusivity while showcasing Sapphire as a true culinary partner.
Result
The activations drew strong engagement across all three days, with more than 5,500 total attendees, over 4,500 samples distributed, and cardmember perks (like Yetis, spice blends, and caviar tastings) creating significant buzz and FOMO. The campaign secured millions of impressions through social and media exposure, positioned Chase Sapphire as a valued culinary partner, and deepened cardmember loyalty by delivering unique, money-can’t-buy experiences .
