Objective
Reinforce JW Marriott’s positioning as a luxury hospitality brand rooted in mindfulness and well-being by launching a global campaign that inspires travelers to slow down, be present, and embrace the art of staying in the moment.
Approach
Partnering with Condé Nast, JW Marriott produced a hero video set during golden hour at the Madrid property—pairing poetic visuals with an evocative voiceover that conveyed peaceful presence and sensory connection. The campaign premiered at The New Yorker Festival in October 2023 and was amplified via Condé Nast’s New Yorker and Architectural Digest social channels, alongside the brand’s own Instagram, Facebook, and Stories content. Over 50 JW Marriott hotels worldwide participated in sharing tailored content aligned with the global campaign standards.
Result
The campaign delivered over 23 million impressions and 10 million views, with completion rates on Condé Nast and JW Marriott channels far exceeding industry benchmarks. It successfully elevated brand engagement and awareness worldwide, positioning JW Marriott as the leader in mindful, luxury hospitality.
