Over the course of eight years, I helped build and evolve Chase Sapphire Reserve’s Private Dining platform into one of the most respected culinary access programs in the industry — pairing the world’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants with intimate, invitation-only experiences designed exclusively for cardmembers.

What began as a series of chef collaborations became a long-running experiential engine that delivered cultural relevance, deep emotional connection, and true “money-can’t-buy” access at the highest level of dining.

Objective
With the launch of the Chase Sapphire Reserve card in 2016, the goal was to set Chase Sapphire Reserve as a leader in global culinary access by creating immersive dining experiences that offered cardmembers rare proximity to the most influential chefs and restaurants in the world experiences impossible to replicate through traditional reservations or sponsorships.

Approach

I helped shape and scale a national Private Dining program designed around three pillars: talent discovery, standout partnerships, and flawless execution across markets.

• Curated chef talent with intent: Identified “best and brightest” emerging chefs and marquee, globally recognized talent — balancing cultural relevance with culinary credibility and ensuring every event felt like a true “get.”

• Built unique partnerships in key markets: Collaborated with celebrated restaurants, hospitality groups, and culinary creators to unlock spaces, menus, and access that weren’t available through traditional reservations or sponsorships.

• Designed experiences beyond the reservation: Each dinner was treated as a complete experience - chef storytelling, bespoke menus, thoughtful hosting, and elevated hospitality details that made the brand feel present without ever feeling branded.

• Scaled nationwide with consistency: Led end-to-end program development across multiple cities, aligning stakeholders and partners while maintaining a consistent standard of exclusivity, quality, and guest experience from one market to the next.

Result
Across eight years, the Private Dining Series became a cornerstone of Chase Sapphire Reserve’s experiential portfolio repeatedly delivering high-demand, limited-seat events, strengthening cardmember loyalty through rare access, and positioning Sapphire as a cultural leader in culinary experiences nationwide.
